Sports injuries / Otsego, MN
Whether you’re a high school athlete, a weekend warrior, or training for your next race, injuries and tight spots can sideline you. At ChiroFix in Otsego, MN, we help active people recover with in-depth soft tissue work that gets to the root of the problem.
The basics
Some sports injuries happen in a single moment, like a rolled ankle or a pulled hamstring. Others creep up from training, like sore knees, tight hips, or a tendon that keeps flaring up.
Either way, muscles and fascia tighten around the problem and change how you move. If that’s not addressed, the same injury tends to come back.

How we treat it
We work layer by layer through the tissue that’s holding you back, then get it moving again so you can train with confidence.

Cupping to strip out big muscle groups, scraping for stuck tissue, and deep acupuncture for muscles you can’t reach otherwise. Acupuncture is with Dr. Alayna.

About shockwave & laser20 / 30 / 60-minute visits
Athletes usually have more than one area that needs work. Squeezing it all into a few minutes leaves the job half done.
Choose 20 minutes for one or two areas, 30 minutes for three or four, or 60 minutes for the whole body. Many athletes like a 60-minute session during heavy training blocks.
We work with athletes and active people from Otsego, Elk River, Albertville, St. Michael, Zimmerman, Ramsey, and Rogers, with weekend appointments that fit around practices and games.
