Easy Reimbursement

Many patients successfully get reimbursed by their insurance companies for out-of-network chiropractic care. We provide all necessary documentation.

Auto Accident Exception

For auto accident injuries, we work directly with your Personal Injury Protection (PIP) insurance. No upfront payment required with valid PIP coverage.

Office Policies

Cancellation Policy

We require 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a $50 fee.

Refund Policy

For pre-paid treatment packages, refunds are available within 7 days of purchase for unused services, minus any services already rendered.

Late Arrival Policy

Please arrive 10 minutes early for your first appointment. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment.

Payment Due Date

Payment is due at the time of service unless you have made prior payment arrangements with our office.
