Work injuries / Otsego, MN
A lot of people assume we can’t help with a work injury because we don’t bill health insurance. We can. At ChiroFix in Otsego, MN, we accept workers’ compensation claims and treat on-the-job injuries with the same careful, hands-on approach we use for everything.
The basics
Work injuries don’t always come from one big moment. Some happen in a single lift or slip, but many build up over weeks of the same motion, the same posture, or the same heavy load.
Either way, the muscles and fascia around the injury tighten up to protect it. Left alone, that guarding can turn a fresh injury into a stubborn one that keeps you from working comfortably.

How we treat it
We work through the injured tissue layer by layer, starting gently and going deeper as your body allows, so we can get hold of the problem and help you get back to work feeling strong.
Focused hands-on work through the muscles and fascia around your injury and the areas that have been compensating for it.
Adjustments where they help, plus guidance on how to move and what to modify at work while you heal.
Tools like cupping, scraping, dry needling, shockwave, or laser, added when they fit your case.
About modalities that fit your injury20 / 30 / 60-minute visits
Most work injuries affect more than the spot that hurts. The muscles around it pick up the slack, and they need attention too.
Visits are 20 minutes for one or two areas, 30 minutes for three or four, and 60 minutes for the whole body. Weekend appointments make it easier to get care without missing more work.
We treat work injuries for people from Otsego, Elk River, Albertville, St. Michael, Zimmerman, Ramsey, and Rogers, and the trades, warehouses, offices, and farms all around them.
